What is the Partner360 program about?

We feel that the fitness industry is underserved online (especially in Canada). We set out on a mission to change that! We created an Ecommerce network that you can sell from, without a large layout of capital for inventory, technology or time.

As far as we know this is a first of its kind program in Canada - get in here and grow with us :)

How much money can I make?

What you put in is what you get out. Some Partners just want to add value to their existing clients (instead of sending them to a retail store to buy things that may help them).

Some Partners with good Social Media following leverage their presence on various channels and promote their Partner stores that way - in either case the investment is minimal and the potential is huge. We also help you along the way - you stand to learn a whole lot about online presence and marketing - and that can’t be bad for you in this day and age, right?

Current commission is 15%, paid quarterly.

What does the network fee cover?

The network fee is to help cover the costs of building and running your website. We make the stretch to make sure it has links to your site, social media profiles, your logo etc. As you can also imagine, there is a lot to attend to on an ecommerce system on an on-going basis.

Which products am I able to sell on my store?

You are able to sell popular brands such as:

  • TRX
  • Bosu
  • Training Mask
  • etc.

All of the products that are in the 360 Athletics inventory are available for you to sell on your eCommerce website.

How does my web developer integrate my P360 site?

The site is not integrated into your existing site. All you have to do is link the website to your existing site. You can check out how your site will look like here. This is so that we can track sales to give you your commission. There are customization options available to you.

Is there a contract to sign?

No, but you pay to have your store for 1 year minimum, up front.

We don’t charge much for what you get and we want to see you succeed. We make all kinds of other optional services available to make sure you have every opportunity to thrive.

Can I be exclusive in my territory?

No, we do not offer exclusive territories at this time. First come, first serve - beat your competition and sign up today!

Am I able to see examples of other active sites?

For privacy reasons, we don't give out our Partner's information. You can check out the Demo to see how your e-commerce website will look!

Can I upgrade my account?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your account by using the chat, filling out the Support Contact form, or giving us a call at 1-866-290-4360. There are many options available to accommodate you.

Do you help me market my store?

We want you to succeed to be the best you can be! We send you content in emails to help you market your store, as well as post on our Facebook page, different ways you can advertise your store. The material we give you is very minimal. If you would like Social Media Management apart of your package, please contact us so we can sort it out.

What is the warranty on your products?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products.

All products are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only. This warranty covers damage due to imperfections in the manufacturing process. This warranty does not cover wear due to regular use, abuse or neglect.

If the purchased product has been altered in any way, the warranty is void.

How do returns for my customers work?

If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization number. We can be reached via email ([email protected]) or Toll-Free Phone: 1-888-360-4625.

Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies. If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery. All returns must be sealed in their original packaging and in an acceptable condition to be returned to inventory.

If you are returning a product you may be subject to additional shipping fees and a restocking charge. A credit for your return less shipping costs will be processed as quickly as possible once the stock is returned to our warehouse and inspected.

Where does shipping take place from?

All 360 Conditioning fitness equipment products are shipped F.O.B. Oakville, Ontario. Our main warehouse is located in Oakville and is fully stocked with inventory. If any item you purchase is no longer in stock, a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.
